How does check-in work?

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. We welcome you in person, or you can use self check-in with the key card: we agree on your arrival time together by chat.

Are sheets and towels included?

Yes, sheets and towels are included in the price, in both apartments.

Can I change or cancel?

With the standard rate, yes: cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival. The non-refundable rate costs 10% less, but it is paid in advance and cannot be changed.

How do I pay?

At the property. Only the non-refundable rate is paid in advance.

Which floor are you on? Is there a lift?

We are on the fourth floor and the building has no lift: you go up on foot. If you are arriving with heavy suitcases, let us know by chat and we will help you carry them up.
